The other side of the Supreme Court ruling

If we do not become informed on both sides of an argument, we cannot develop deep convictions.

I give you Malkin and the dissenting views from the Supreme Court.

Don’t tell me I am being fair when I do this. I am not. I hope you read this and remember that the Constitution of the United States of America is all about rules our government must live by. It is intended to restrict  the US government and not to enable it.

If you can read the dissenting views , you can comment on why they are wrong below. And Justice Roberts’ argument about interfering in foreign policy is just plain ignorant. Read what he said, go on. Another man educated beyond his intelligence. If you read his biography, you will see that he spent most of his life working for the Executive Branch. That explains his judgement but does not excuse it.
