Just when you thought you knew a Shia from a Sunni, the Russkies come back to Cuba.

 Russia may send nuclear bombers to bases in Cuba in response to U.S. missile-defense sites in eastern Europe, Russian newspaper Izvestia reported on July 21, citing an unidentified “highly placed source.” Russia said on July 8 that it would react with military means to the U.S. system. Russian leaders have threatened to aim nuclear missiles at the planned bases in the Czech Republic and Poland, which they say would threaten Russia’s security.

Don’t you think that maybe the world is in cahoots to confound our military? Or maybe they are waiting to see if we will spend ourselves to an empire’s death? Every day somebody is sticking their face in our face someplace in the world.  How much more can we build up our military to support these threats?

Chinese warships in the Caribbean, Muslims sneaking across our borders with nuclear weapons, other terrorists planning to use bacteria and viruses, and teenagers texting sexy messages to your son or daughter.

The world is no longer safe since the Cold War ended. President Reagan will not be looked upon kindly by historians. He should have left the Berlin Wall where it was. No telling what teenagers will do now.
